Please read carefully before proceed with your booking. By conforming a booking, you are bound to agree with the following terms & conditions.
- Guest is required to sign an indemnity or disclaimer form upon check-in.
- RM100 will be taken as a security deposit for each booking and will be refunded upon check-out ONLY if tent and other used facilities are in a good condition.
- Check-in time is at 3.00pm
- Check-out time is at 12.00noon
- Early check-in and late check-out will be charged RM50 per hour.
- Weekday rate will be applied to registration on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Weekend rate will be applied to registration on Friday, Saturday, Public Holiday and Eve of Public Holiday.
- We accept no cash transaction but only direct bank transfers.
- Guest will received an invoice sent to their respective email address confirming booking details once payment is successful.
- Cancellation or postpone of date must be made no later than 7 days from your arrival date. Failing to do so, request of refund will not be entertained.
- Participation in activities within glamping site is the responsibility of the Guest and is done at their own discretion.
- We accept no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury whilst on your stay.
- Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the tent, facilities and amenities around glamping site.
- Guest will be required to inform staff of any damage or breakage in or around the glamping site and are bound to reimburse us for replacement or any repair expenses incurred.
- No food is allowed to be consumed in the tent to ensure its cleanliness and to prevent any insect infestation or attack.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted in any circumstances around glamping site unless those already available and allowed with permission.
We reserve the right to change, alter, add to, or delete portions of these terms at any time without consent or prior notice.
